SEDHYD 2015 Joint Conference
Formerly known as the Joint Federal Interagency Conferences (JFIC)
Note that the conference has been postponed until April 2015
Welcome to the homepage for the 10th Federal Interagency Sedimentation Conference and the 5th Federal Interagency Hydrologic Modeling Conference
The Federal Interagency Sedimentation Conferences (FISC) began in 1947, and the Federal Interagency Hydrologic Modeling Conferences began in 1998. These highly successful conferences, which together have produced over 2100 papers, are planned to occur again in 2015 . Starting with the 2015 conference, this will now be a joint Public/Private activity (and have a new name - SedHyd ). The Joint Conference will provide Federal and non-Federal scientists and managers from various disciplines the opportunity to discuss recent accomplishments and progress in research and on technical developments in the physical, chemical, and biological aspects of sedimentation and the development and use of models addressing surface water quality and quantity issues. The Joint Conference will follow a mixed set of formats including formal presentations, poster sessions, mini-workshops, and model demonstrations.
Please check this website often to learn more about the conferences, register for the conferences, or submit your papers and presentations.
